Cheese, butter, fluid milk, buttermilk, whipping cream, cottage cheese, yogurt and sour cream entries must be shipped to the
High Track .  Ice cream, dried whey and Creative/Innovative Technology entries must be shipped to Babcock Hall.
August 26 Judging day for ice cream, sherbet, dried whey categories and Creative/Innovative Technology products - Babcock Hall, UW Madison campus
August 27 Judging day for cheese and butter - Madison Area Technical College, Madison, WI
August 28 Judging day for yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, fluid milk, buttermilk, dairy based dips and whipping cream - Madison Area Technical College, Madison, WI
